A note to readers: this is an old post on the archive website for Promethean PAC. It was written when we were known as LaRouche PAC, before changing our name to Promethean PAC in April 2024. You can find the latest daily news and updates on www.PrometheanAction.com. Additionally, Promethean PAC has a new website at www.PrometheanPAC.com.

In watching a movie, play, or opera, by necessity you must suspend your sense of honest disbelief. You know that you are dealing with artificial characters and situations. And for several decades, ever since “perception management” became a primary occupation of our government and its private partners, suppression of our honest reasoning powers has been a goal in the political realm.

However, this Republic was built upon the potential for perfectability inherent in the honest interactions among people with a common goal rooted in their hopes of progress for themselves and their posterity. So naturally, if large numbers of people suspend their honest judgments for the sake of conformity in our present cancel culture—or just in order to be enrolled on the payroll of an institution such as the FBI, CIA, the failing New York Times, or any number of Wall Street’s premier firms—the Republic will founder.

Aside from this well-known problem, we face a new situation which is forcing a reckoning with our will to be honest. This new situation goes by the name of Artificial Intelligence—or AI. Even the name is misleading because it does not involve cognition. As had been the case with the advent of the nuclear age and the space age, this new situation holds great promise and great potentials for disaster.

We’ve all had to deal with automated telephone attendants, spellcheck, autocorrect, machine translations, etc. The good aspect of the fallibility of these systems is the known high probability that we will get false or nonsense information from them—we expect it. Therefore, we know to test results against our own honest knowledge and judgment.

However, in the new situation, AI systems are able to store and retrieve incredible amounts of data which becomes organized into arrays of patterns. As the speed and scope of the ability to reference vast amounts of stored data increases, the accuracy (and believability) of AI increases to more than 90%—and within striking distance of 100%. I’ve discussed the potentials for good from such systems, but we must also understand the dangers of which many researchers involved repeatedly warn.

In particular, what is the danger to society of being surrounded by fake people? Fake news is bad enough. Fake news is used to get you to go along with whatever war or self-destructive policy is the modern British Financial Empire’s fad du jour. But what is the danger of fake people, or bots, across our online world? Unlike fake news, fake people are used to directly attack a target, dominate any information flow he or she receives, and attempt to induce submission to the controller of the bots. Australian journalists have recently documented how an army of bots were used to create a wave of public opinion favoring Ukraine in the present U.S. proxy war against Russia.

In Twitter Files 8, Lee Fang demonstrated how Twitter tolerated an army of U.S. military bots for psychological warfare operations in the Arab world. Those same techniques are in use against Donald Trump right here in the U.S. and were in use against those protesting COVID mandates.   They are also in use against anyone whom the vast surveillance state has determined to be exercising honest independent judgment. They are designed to surround potential rebels or mavericks, isolate them, and neutralize their inclinations to make honest judgments. It is the innate human ability to honestly notice the contradictions between actual physical reality and fake news or state sponsored illusion which is under attack. The great fear of the Empire is that another Lyndon LaRouche or a similar genius might emerge from this targeted layer of the population.

Percy Bysshe Shelley argued that grand revolutions are created when a people becomes self-conscious of its power, recognizes that, “Ye are many, they are few,” and begins the natural collaboration which follows. The army of bots are designed to produce the opposite perception. They insinuate that, “They are many, ye are few, so give up, you can’t win.”

So Elon Musk is doing a great service to the Republic by releasing the massive documentation of Twitter’s subservience to the British Empire and its Washington minions. It is of critical importance to the future of the Republic and the world, that all of the Imperial arms in the virtual world be brought to light and shut down. Since the Republican House of Representatives will control the purse strings of the federal government, it is imperative that the House use its powers to investigate both the government and private arms of this monster, and to cut off its funding.

By bringing this to fruition based on the clear documentation Elon Musk has now placed before us, we are restoring fundamental honesty, accompanying morality, and the possibility that human genius will once again emerge in our beleaguered Republic. Nothing could be more important in 2023.  Make this your fight, alongside LaRouche PAC.
